OK, This post is not for anyone to see but just for myself. This is to remind me that I have commited myself to improve my life style. I will be doing the following to better my life:

• Be a Vegetarian. No Meat whatsoever. Not even eggs.
• No Alcohol, what so ever, in any form or feature.
• Implement GTD into everything
• Wake up early in the morning
• Go for a Walk
• Do some excercises
• Do Pranayama/Yoga
• Eat Healthy
• No Sodas
• More juices, fruits and green vegetables
• No impulse buying

 

 

I ran into this article the other day that I could relate to really well. So I thought I would put this up here so that I remember this.

Goal - "To embrace Truth and reach my ultimate potential by Right Knowledge, Right Actions and Right Dedication"

My Mission - "To make my nation and world a noble place"

My Pledge -

1. I shall accept truth and reject false every moment from all aspects of life, regardless of my own ego or external pressures.

2. I shall relentlessly strive to transform myself by stretching my capabilities beyond any limits.

3. I shall live up to and surpass the benchmarks set by the great legends of our nation and world.

4. I shall constantly seek improvements in my health, mind and society.

5. My character is my greatest treasure and I shall safeguard it under all circumstances and at all costs.

6. I shall treat all in the same manner as I expect myself to be treated.

7. I shall rise up to oppose any form of falsehood and support truth.

8. I shall never be frustrated with past. I shall always look into future and act in present.

9. Nothing in world can deviate me from my goal; either by force or by lure.

10. I shall have absolute purity in thoughts, words and actions.

11. I shall be a role-model and noble example for the world.
